Practise - Outdoor : In Spring we start to play more and more outdoors, of course. It's nicer, the wind adds an extra element to the game and you get fresh air and a free tan!

Founders : This group is what led to the founding of the AMICALE Ultimate Frisbee Club. Being in training for 8 weeks, made us want to do something active. Frisbee was simply an interesting option.
