Through my friend Marc, I've been introduced to informal cooking lessons from a chef specializing in Italian cuisine: Romano of Capo Cucina. Once a month, we - the Cuoci Pazzi - gather in his cozy established on the Piet heinstraat and cook a 3-5 course meal from scratch and eat it, while talking about life, food, fine Italian cooking and habits and drinking some wine.
